As the central point of contact, you'll be the trusted resource our consultants turn to for support, while also building strong, visible relationships with clients, managers, and delivery partners. You'll play a key role in driving business growth, proactively managing contract extensions, identifying upcoming needs, and supporting the creation of new opportunities across client accounts. Specifically, this role will be responsible for; Client Relationship Management & Account Growth Actively service, maintain, and grow relationships with client stakeholders and sponsors (including engineering managers and tech leads), ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. Serve as the central liaison between Trideca and strategic client accounts to convey capability, resolve delivery issues, and identify opportunities for new business or account expansion. Inform internal stakeholders (Managing Director, Head of People & Culture, and Sales team) monthly on competitor activity or risks within accounts. Promote Tridecas broader services and partnerships to generate new opportunities and strengthen brand presence. Support quarterly account reviews, performance reporting, and planning. Collaborate with the Enterprise Account Directors to increase Tridecas footprint across client sites. Consultant Engagement & Operations Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for consultants across strategic client accounts. Coordinate and attend bi-weekly check-ins and monthly team lunches to build engagement and gather feedback. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Trideca consultants on client projects, ensuring regular updates and connection with the broader Trideca business. Track contract end dates and proactively manage extensions, renewals, and related Statements of Work (SoWs). Identify and implement initiatives to engage offsite consultants and improve connection across distributed teams. Escalate delivery issues promptly and ensure closed-loop follow-up with clients and internal teams. Sales Support & CRM Management Support a range of Sales functions including lead generation activities, pipeline development, and reporting. Meet quarterly sales quotas by building and progressing business development opportunities within your defined territory. Ensure high data integrity and reporting accuracy within Tridecas Salesforce (CRM) instance. Manage enhancements and process improvements to Salesforce usage, ensuring it is current and valuable for all strategic account activities. Culture & Community Building Create and host regular staff social events at strategic accounts to foster collaboration and connection Champion engagement activities that enhance team morale, culture, and long-term retention of consultant Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you will require; A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role or sales position, ideally within enterprise environments. Background in professional services or consulting, with a solid understanding of digital technologies and delivery environments. Experienced in qualifying and managing sales opportunities from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), and supporting the Account Director through to close. Commercially savvy, with the ability to navigate rate cards, Statements of Work (SoWs), and client expectations confidently. Demonstrated success in securing both new business and renewals particularly in complex environments like the financial sector. Adept at managing multiple stakeholders and negotiating intricate situations to reach positive business outcomes. Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and execution on both strategic and administrative tasks (e.g. contract extensions, SoW tracking). Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and influence at all levels. Collaborative, service-first mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for account growth, even if not in a traditional hunter sales role. Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and lead management strategies.
