**The Role**
As the Head of Department, you will manage a well-maintained shared portfolio of 130 properties with full support from the leasing and admin team.
You will also be focusing on supporting the team. The business is set for continued growth under the guidance of a proactive Managing Director with initiative and a desire to build an enviable business.
Ultimately you will take control of the department to select, train and retain a growing team of consummate professionals. You will enjoy the vibrant nature of the team and the support you will receive from the Senior Manager in managing a team of Leasing and Property Managers.
**About You**
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- Minimum 2+ years' experience managing their own portfolio
- Experience with leading and mentoring staffs
- Clarify goals and tasks, and gather ideas for improvement
- Sound knowledge of the PropertyMe software
- Self-starter, enthusiastic professionals looking for a new challenge
- Appraise performance and counsel team members
- Professionally presented and well-spoken, and exceptional customer service skills
