About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program, identifying opportunities to increase trade accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, staying up-to-date on the latest lighting trends and technologies.
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business.
* Support other team members to ensure business goals are met, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
