Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to provide expert advice across commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial judgment and be able to assess risk quickly. They will also have experience in-house, with exposure to governance or company secretarial work.
* Draft and maintain standard contracts and templates.
* Manage disputes and support litigation processes.
Additionally, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality legal training and guidance to the business, ensuring that all employees are equipped to make informed decisions.

Requirements
* Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent, and admission to practice in Australia.
* Experience in-house, with exposure to governance or company secretarial work.
