Procurement and Contract Management Opportunities
A government agency is seeking highly skilled professionals to join its Procurement and Contract Management team. This role will be based in Canberra, working full-time hours in a 12-month contract position.

As a Contract Manager Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring procurement activities are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting contract administration activities such as monitoring deliverables, milestones, and records.
* Ensuring compliance with CPRs and agency policies.
* Providing administrative and reporting support to the procurement team.
Additional Responsibilities for APS6:
* Leading and managing low to medium complexity procurement processes.
* Drafting and negotiating contract terms, including performance and renewals.
* Providing advice on procurement strategy, risk management, and compliance.
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contributing to capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidates will demonstrate knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and frameworks, strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications in procurement, contract management, business, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
