We're looking for capable, reliable in-person tutors to support primary and secondary students locally. This role suits university students or recent graduates (as well as qualified teachers who want to make an individual difference) who want flexible, well-paid work that also builds real teaching, communication, and mentoring skills.
You'll work one-to-one with students in their homes, helping them build confidence, skills, and consistency — not just finish homework.

The Role
* Deliver 1:1 in-person tutoring sessions (typically 60 minutes)
* Support Primary English & Maths
* Tutor Secondary subjects you're confident in (e.g. Maths, English, Science)
* Build student confidence, study habits, and understanding — not just answers
* Communicate clearly with parents about progress and expectations

Requirements (Important)
You must:
* Be currently enrolled in, recently completed, or about to commence a university degree
* Have completed Australian Year 12
* Be confident tutoring Primary English & Maths
* Be able to tutor at least one subject to secondary level
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Hold a valid driver's licence and access to a car
* Be available for a minimum of 5 sessions per week
* Obtain a Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
Primary-only tutors are not suitable for this role.
