Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day office management and financial administration, including:
* Supporting the Finance Manager and assisting the Membership Manager
* Liaising across departments to maintain effective communication
* Backing up membership, marketing, and event functions when needed
* Assisting with front desk duties and customer service
* Managing supplier payments, invoice processing, banking reconciliation, and record maintenance
* Contributing to process improvements and administrative best practices
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:
* Be proactive, self-sufficient, and confident managing tasks independently
* Have strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
* Have extensive experience in finance, accounts payable, or office management
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
* Have a preference for Northstar and/or MiClub software experience
* Worked in a membership-based club environment
* Demonstrate a professional and friendly approach with excellent customer service skills
