* Ensure effective store administration aligns with standard procedures, including:
* Cash handling and banking integrity
* Tendering transactions
* Systems access and data integrity
* Store web sales and extended warranty claims
* Telephone management and enquiries
* Marketing and promotional activity
* Contribute to financial performance through efficient inventory management and cost control
* Manage all sales channel fulfillment according to procedures
* Collaborate as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers, effectively resolving complaints and queries as needed
* Contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
* Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and development opportunities.
