We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in business development within the property industry, with a focus on growing asset management portfolios and building client relationships.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging asset owners across the Shopping Centre, Childcare, Service Station/QSR Large Format asset classes, converting leads, and nurturing relationships to secure new management appointments.
You will leverage a substantial internal database, execute targeted outreach, and collaborate closely with the leadership team to refine business development strategy and messaging.
