The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the planning and delivery of a broad range of capital and operational infrastructure projects across the local area.
You will:
Lead projects from feasibility and investigation through to design, procurement, construction and handover.Prepare project briefs and manage tender processes including evaluation and contractor engagement.Act as Superintendent’s Representative during contract contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance across WHS, environmental and contractual requirements.Develop detailed project plans and coordinate specialist resources.Monitor and control project budgets to ensure strong financial performance.Provide clear and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
You will be trusted to manage multiple projects simultaneously, make informed decisions and maintain balance across time, cost and quality outcomes.
About You:
You are an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering infrastructure or capital works projects in complex environments.
You bring:
A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent contemporary industry experience.Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure projects end to end.Strong contract management capability across tendering, contractor management and project handover.Experience coordinating internal specialists and external providers.Financial acumen and confidence managing project budgets.The ability to navigate stakeholder environments with varying priorities.
You are practical, solutions focused and comfortable working through complexity without losing momentum.
