Job Description
As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support and contribute to a high‐performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:
* Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to the back of house
* Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
* Contributing to the JB Hi‐Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
* Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store, following store receiving processes
Qualifications
* You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
* Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
* Customer focus and result driven
* You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
