Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to step into this exciting leadership role and BRAND NEW retail store opening in June.
* Lead and Develop a Strong Sales Team: Provide impeccable customer service and display leadership skills to encourage the store to be the best.
* All Stock Operations: Visual merchandising, stock taking, and stock management.
* Drive Sales: Manage KPIs and in-store performance.
* Staff Management Duties: Rostering, reporting, training, product knowledge, and team motivation.
Skill Requirements
* Experience Managing High-Volume Retail: Proven ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skills.
* Mentoring and Leading Your Team: Reaching, driving, and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
