Workforce Planning & Talent Management
Develop and execute comprehensive workforce plans that align with organizational objectives, encompassing recruitment, talent management, training, development programs, and organizational restructuring.
These plans should focus on:
* Recruitment and talent attraction strategies
* Talent management and development programs
* Training and development initiatives
Risk Management, Employee Relations, & Compliance
Oversee and direct the management of complex Employee Relations (ER) and compliance matters, ensuring ethical standards, consistency, and fairness across the organization while safeguarding confidentiality.
