We are looking for a part-time Administration Officer to support our operations in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to our Quantity Surveyors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Handle inbound and outbound communications in a professional manner.
3. Maintain and organise records, files, and documents.
4. Liaise with clients and internal teams as required.
5. Support sales and project teams with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
2. Excellent organisational, multitasking & problem-solving skills.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Proficiency in web applications is beneficial but not essential.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Taking direction as well as demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
8. Great attitude, work ethic and hunger to learn.
9. Must be based in Brisbane and have Australian working rights.
10. Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
