No luck-based pipeline. Just you, your skill, and a product that genuinely sells itself to the right people.
We build food trucks, food trailers, and high-end shipping container conversions for clients including the Australian Military, national brands, global franchises, First Nations organisations, and government departments. The work is complex, the margins are real, and the clients expect someone who knows what they're doing.
About the role
You'll join the sales team and manage inbound inquiries from first contact through to handover. That means qualifying leads, building accurate quotes, presenting compelling proposals, and owning the project once a client signs. You'll work directly with our CAD designer and workshop floor team to keep builds on track, solve problems as they come up, and make sure the client stays informed throughout.
This isn't a role where you pass it off after the close. You're the consistent face for the client from start to finish. That's what makes the bonus meaningful and the relationships worth building.
What you'll be doing
* Converting warm inbound inquiries into active opportunities via phone and online channels
* Building tailored quotes and proposals based on client requirements
* Presenting clear, confident recommendations to corporate, government, and private clients
* Managing your own pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping records accurate and current
* Taking ownership of accepted builds through to delivery, running internal build meetings and keeping clients updated
* Collaborating with the CAD and workshop teams to resolve challenges before they become problems
Who we're looking for
You communicate clearly and build trust fast. You take pride in getting the detail right, you own your numbers, and you're not the type to let something slip through the cracks. CRM experience is a genuine asset, and you'll need to be comfortable picking up new tools, including AI.
Experience in commercial cooking equipment, fabrication, engineering, or mobile catering is a bonus but not a requirement. If you're sharp, accountable, and motivated by results you can directly trace back to your own effort, you'll do well here.
