THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Junior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team within the Commercial department. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in pricing, analytics or commercial strategy. Working closely with experienced Pricing Analysts and Leaders, you will support the development and maintenance of pricing across multiple source markets and product regions. You will gain hands-on experience working with data, pricing systems and cross-functional teams, while learning how pricing and revenue decisions support commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Support the preparation and maintenance of pricing, costs and fare schedules
* Assist with pricing updates, ad-hoc pricing and promotional changes
* Help analyse booking trends and historical data, escalating insights to the team
* Assist with tour budget preparation and basic margin checks
* Work collaboratively with Product, Sales and Finance teams to support pricing activities and updates.
* Support pricing projects, process improvements and general team administration
ABOUT YOU
* Relevant tertiary qualification or currently studying in business, commerce, analytics, finance or a related field (preferred)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Analytical mindset with an interest in pricing, revenue or commercial analysis
* Comfortable working with numbers and data, with a willingness to develop analytical skills
* Able to communicate clearly and build positive relationships with internal stakeholders
* Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
