Our Residential Directors play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and facilities available. They provide strategic leadership, direction, and ensure a safe working environment for the staff under their control.
Ultimately, our Residential Directors are accountable for the day-to-day operations and performance of the facility.

About you
You may be an experienced leader who has previously managed a smaller facility or a skilled practitioner looking to take charge of your own residence.
Either way, you will need to be an excellent leader and communicator who is innovative in their thinking and has strong attention to detail as well as:
* A deep understanding of care standards and legislation.
* A sound knowledge and understanding of funding mechanisms.
* A leadership style which instils confidence and enables those in your charge to focus on excellence in clinical care and customer service.
* Business development, networking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
