The Position Provide culinary support to Head Chefs in delivering exceptional catering service across corporate airport lounges. Prepare delicious food using first-class produce, ensuring high-quality standards. Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures. Implement catering controls and minimize wastage. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control, and cleanliness according to Compass standards. The person Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery. Experience in production and buffet preferred. A passion for food and exceptional customer service.
