About Our Front-Line Service Role:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Front-Line Service Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has excellent interpersonal skills. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service. This includes greeting customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Strong computer literacy with MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
* High attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for exceptional customer service
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to learn and succeed
* Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
* Insurance industry experience highly regarded
* Understanding of and commitment to safety practices
* Appropriate Australian Working Rights
