Area Manager – Aged Care Western QLD & Northern NSW Full-time | Multi-site leadership role | Regional travel required We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of three residential aged care facilities across Western Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys variety, and is passionate about delivering quality care in regional communities. About the Role In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support and guide Facility Managers, ensuring each site meets high standards of care, compliance, and performance. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture of each home, supporting staff development, and driving continuous improvement across all services.
