Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced project environment? We’re looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to take ownership of purchasing and accounts payable functions, while supporting broader finance operations across a high-profile project
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the purchasing process: create requisitions, manage orders, and set up vendors in Ariba
- Keep things moving, respond to supplier queries, receipt goods and invoices, and ensure compliance
- Support the finance team with client billing, month-end journals, and ad hoc tasks
- Help us stay audit-ready with accurate reporting and healthy accounts payable practices
- Play a part in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by following HSE procedures
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in Finance Administration
- Familiarity with SAP and Ariba (preferred)
- Solid understanding of project accounting in operations or maintenance settings
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
