We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hot water product sales, customer service and marketing activities.
As a key member of the Business Management team, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will participate in weekly/monthly financial and business administration & management activities. They will work as part of the team and contribute to decision-making processes to build the cooperative business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries; provide product information and individual quotes; support customers from quote to sale and arrange installation of their product.
* Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop weekly, monthly and annual sales strategies; coordinate and implement marketing and social media strategies; create marketing material and content.
* Business Management: Participate in weekly/monthly financial and business administration & management activities; work as part of the team and contribute to decision-making processes to build the cooperative business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, personal integrity and organizational skills.
* Outstanding customer service skills and customer relationship management experience.
* Excellent written communication and ability to write and create marketing material.
* Proficiency with Email, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Social Media and Xero.
* Business Management & Administration experience, including budgeting and cashflow management.
* Knowledge and experience in the hot water industry is desirable but not mandatory.
* Cooperation and teamwork experience and interest in cooperatives and/or Social Enterprise.
