We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst to join our Corporate Systems team. In this strategic leadership role you will be responsible for the integrity and success of our complex technical ecosystem. Beyond standard analysis you will act as a primary lead for large‐scale migration projects and serve as an authority on functional capability and standards. You will bridge the gap between high‐level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that tasks assigned to the team are refined, aligned with organisational guardrails and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Managing large‐scale system and data migration projects to ensure cohesive and future‐proof solutions.
* Story Refinement: Refining user stories and technical tickets with deep detail, including problem statements, acceptance criteria and high‐level solutions.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with internal stakeholders and offshore teams to provide senior‐level context for seamless technical delivery.
* Process Innovation: Analysing current BA lifecycles to proactively identify and implement automation and process improvements.
* Salesforce Architecture Support: Acting as a Subject Matter Expert to support Salesforce design and align platform capabilities with business objectives.
* Change Management: Coordinating change management strategies and documentation to support smooth system transitions for our users.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Education: Formal qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
* Migration Experience: Extensive, proven experience leading enterprise‐level migrations and complex system integrations.
* Salesforce Expertise: Expert‐level understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configuration and technical debt prevention guardrails.
* Documentation Skills: Proven track record of translating high‐level business strategy into highly actionable, granular user stories and documentation.
* Mentorship: Demonstrated experience mentoring junior or offshore analysts and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
* Communication & Core Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent organisational and time‐management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
* Process Automation: Demonstrated experience implementing automated workflows across the business analysis lifecycle.
* Strategic Communication: Comfort translating complex technical ecosystems into clear business language for senior stakeholders.
