About Juicello
Juicello is an established Melbourne juice and smoothie brand operating at South Melbourne Market and major events across Victoria. We are known for fast service, consistent quality, and high operational standards.
We are looking for experienced, proactive hospitality professionals who think ahead, take initiative, and can step into a busy environment with confidence from day one.
This is not a training role and is not suited to junior or first-time hospitality workers.

The Role
This role goes beyond basic service. You will be trusted to run your section of the shop efficiently and contribute to the smooth operation of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and serving fresh juices and smoothies efficiently
* Providing confident, professional customer service during busy periods
* Operating EFTPOS and POS systems (Square experience preferred)
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
* Opening and closing the shop as rostered
* Monitoring stock levels throughout the shift and anticipating upcoming needs
* Assisting with stock counts, restocking, and wastage control
* Thinking ahead during service (prep, stock, cleaning) rather than waiting to be told
* Communicating clearly with the team and management
* Working independently while supporting the wider team

This role suits someone who:
* Has solid hospitality or food retail experience
* Is very switched on, observant, and proactive
* Naturally takes initiative and plans ahead
* Requires minimal supervision
* Takes pride in doing things properly and consistently
* Is reliable, punctual, and accountable
* Understands time management in a fast-paced service environment
* Is available Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (weekends essential)
