Job Overview

The Pharmacy Field & Channel Lead is a leadership role that brings together pharmacy account management and field execution for end-to-end accountability of the Pharmacy channel and management of our full service distributor.
This position builds a culture of customer centricity from head office engagement to store by providing clarity of big picture strategy, focused choices and executional integration.
Main Responsibilities

 * Lead community pharmacy account and field teams in developing and executing the community pharmacy channel strategy to exceed commercial objectives.
 * Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decisions.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to ensure cohesive execution.
Commercial And Channel Management
">
 * Drive revenue growth and profitability across the independent pharmacy network.
 * Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
 * Monitor channel performance metrics and adjust plans to meet targets.
 * Own forecast accuracy for the independent pharmacy channel, ensuring reliable demand projections.
 * Partner with supply chain, finance, and sales teams to align forecasts with inventory and production planning.
 * Management of NZ full service distributor.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

 * Lead team in creating compelling Joint Business Plans to maximise growth and optimise return on investment.
 * Lead creation of meaningful partnerships across diverse customer and industry connections to represent interests and support future growth.
 * Act as key liaison between field teams and head office functions.
 * Partner with key internal stakeholders to drive customer centricity.
People Management

 * Lead, develop, and grow large team of salespeople across pharmacy account management and field execution to maximise impact.
 * Drive High Performing Culture within direct and indirect team.
 * Actively develop talent through targeted development plans and coaching.
 * Actively address emerging performance gaps in timely manner.
Health, Safety and Environment

 * Cooperate with Management to provide information, instruction, training and supervision necessary to ensure health and safety of employees.
