Aviation Account Executive Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a key member of the Client Service Team, providing primary client contact on routine account management matters
* Coordinate client information with Broking teams to initiate the insurance renewal process
* Serve as the internal central contact for all aspects of account activity
* Under the direction of the Account Executive, service existing client portfolios, attending to routine insurance issues and providing first response to client inquiries
* Assist with brokering large and/or complex accounts (working with the Account Executive and Broking Teams to identify coverage requirements, exposures, etc.)
* Service small to medium insurance accounts in the capacity of an Account Executive and/or Broker
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key insurer partners to enhance placement strategy and market access
* Serve as a subject matter expert for Aviation coverage lines, interpreting policy wordings and advising clients and colleagues
* Evaluate client electronic files to ensure they are updated and maintained in accordance with compliance standards
* Maintain account receivables
* Assist Account Executive with maintaining client service schedule (ie. prompting renewal meetings, deliverables and renewal timelines, relationship building events, etc.)
* Analyze client contracts to identify insurance obligations that are not met by existing insurance coverage
* Prepare or assist with the preparation of internal strategic broking and client renewal strategy agendas
* Provide training, guidance, and oversight to junior team members and other colleagues, sharing expertise and ensuring service consistency
About the Role

Requirements
* Commercial insurance experience, preferably with demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
* Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Good digital literacy and confirmed experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimal direct supervision
* Dedication to continuous learning and demonstrated ability to learn quickly, including both self-directed learning and on-the-job training
* Post-secondary education or equivalent years of confirmed experience
