Master Engineer Position
This esteemed role offers the ideal opportunity for an experienced and skilled Master Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of all machinery and electrical equipment onboard.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and have excellent leadership skills. A minimum of 12 months of sea time as a First Engineer is required, along with relevant certifications such as the Certificate of Safety Training (STCW III/2) and Work Safely at Heights Certification.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate, maintain, and repair all machinery and electrical equipment onboard;
* Supervise Engineering Officers while ensuring adherence to budgets and purchasing procedures;
* Protect company interests at all times;
* Assist the Chief Officer in cargo equipment operation;
* Monitor bunker, lubricating oils, or sludge transfers affecting ship trim, stress, and stability.
Requirements:
* Australian Citizen or unlimited Australian Working Rights;
* AMSA Chief Engineer (Class 1) CoC/CoR Unlimited;
* Minimum 12 months sea time as a First Engineer;
* Certificate of Safety Training (STCW III/2);
* Work Safely at Heights Certification;
* Enter and Work in Confined Space Certification;
* Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
