Your Opportunity
The Advanced Carer Peer Worker will provide competent support as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance carer participation, including:
* Integrating consumer, carer, and family perspectives into care planning, delivery, and evaluation
* Supporting staff within CYMHS to deliver child and family-centered services
* Communicating the views of consumers, carers, and families across services
