Based in Homebush, our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join their friendly team on short notice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive, fast paced & growing business.
Responsibilities
The role includes but is not limited to:
* Accurate daily data entry of invoices, credit notes, and customer information into internal systems
* Responding to internal customers & assisting with queries
* Performing basic administrative tasks including scanning, document handling, and general support
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Confident communication and a customer-focused attitude
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365) is essential
* Immediately available
* Able to work 5 days on site
