About the Job:
As a Hayman Concierge, you'll create unforgettable experiences for our guests, from their initial consideration to their stay at our resort. You will lead the delivery of guest requests and ensure complete guest satisfaction. As a brand ambassador, you'll develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. \
Your Day-to-Day:
You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests, managing guest requests, and developing great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. \
What We Need From You:
\
1. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) \
2. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and flexibility
\
3. Fluency in English - additional language skills are a plus but not essential
\
4. RSA certificate for Queensland
\
5. Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
\
6. Advanced study or qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential
