Support Coordinator Opportunity

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III Individual Support / Aged or Disability qualification.
* At least one year's experience in individual support or community services.
* Proven experience working with older people and a passion for helping others live their chosen life.
* Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team.
