The Role
Gilmore College is seeking to employ a dedicated Secondary Generalist Teacher to join their friendly team.
What We're Ideally Looking For:
* Passion and Professionalism: A highly professional and passionate educator eager to make a difference.
* Innovative Teaching: Ability to analyse learning areas and individual student data to boost student achievement and deepen subject knowledge.
* Experience and Skills: Familiarity with Whole School Instructional Models, Explicit Instruction methods, and a strong understanding of whole-school Literacy and Numeracy. Skills in supporting Students at Educational Risk (SAER) and extension classes are highly valued.
* Team Player: Willingness to contribute to the growth and development of each Learning Area.

* High-Quality Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning programs tailored to our students' needs.
* Build Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
