About You
- Be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- Commitment to Catholic Education and the Catholic Identity; willingness to gain accreditation with support from within.
- Provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and embrace a collegial, team-based approach to teaching and learning.
- Foster effective relationships with students, staff, parents and the St Mary’s Parish community.
- Show enthusiasm for delivering outstanding learning and teaching.
- Demonstrate an adaptable mindset, remain calm under pressure and think clearly in stressful situations.
- Actively monitor and support student wellbeing.
- Provide Pastoral care that aligns with the school’s values.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics.

Magnify Sandhurst
In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.
