Ventia in partnership with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the Albury Wodonga Military Area.
With an opportunity to display your leadership and management skills you will be managing the cleaning operations at our Defence site in Bandiana, including rostering staff, allocating work orders, and supervising a team of 20 cleaners across three separate locations.

About The Role
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you'll oversee cleaning operations across Defence Living and Working accommodation and recreational spaces inclusive of Messes, kitchens, bars, and function areas in the Albury Wodonga Military Area. Shifts start at 6.00am.
Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
Organise and assign cleaning tasks across the various areas, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Set cleaning schedules, checklists and conduct audits to ensure high standards are met every time
Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring cleaning tools, products and waste systems are working well and fully stocked
Supervise staff, support their training and development, and handle any performance or conduct issues.
Manage budgets and keep cleaning costs on track - reporting any changes or concerns to management.
Combine your leadership skills and operational oversight to deliver high quality, efficient cleaning services.
About You
2+ years' experience in a similar supervisory cleaning role
Certificate III in First Aid (advantageous)
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Proficient in Windows-based office systems
Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and safety
Problem-solver with a drive for continual improvement
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement, you must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check
