Warehouse Support Associate

Your new role will include:

* Operate forklift safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks, move pallets, and assist with yard operations.

* Conduct pre-start checks and ensure forklift is maintained in compliance with safety standards.

* Support warehouse operations by relocating stock and assisting with staging for dispatch.

* Prepare and manage documentation for picking, dispatch, and CHEP transfers.

* Collate and file completed delivery documentation, including Out-The-Gate processing in relevant systems.

* Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents accurately in Dynamics and SAP.

* Maintain and update load summary documentation for upcoming deliveries; communicate details to internal stakeholders.

* Coordinate with transport carriers regarding scheduled pickups and delivery details.

* Liaise with Customer Fulfilment on picklist confirmations, delivery window changes, and other required updates.

* Notify customers promptly of any delivery delays.

* Provide systems assistance to warehouse and logistics teams as needed.

* Collaborate with internal teams to address short stock requirements.

* Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with NHVR, NHVL, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.

About You:

* Completed Year 10 School Certificate or similar

* Advanced numeric skills

* Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Suite; Experience in SAP is advantageous

* Driver’s license

* Forklift license

* Ability to work independently and unsupervised

* High attention to detail and timely processing of work requirements

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
