About the opportunity
As our broker channel continues to grow nationally, we're looking for a Broker Sales & Support Consultant to join our Queensland team and support our finance broker partners.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role sits at the centre of our broker channel, supporting brokers, BDMs, and internal credit teams to deliver a smooth and professional lending experience.
You'll be the first point of contact for broker enquiries, supporting onboarding, loan applications, and day-to-day broker service, while working closely with BDMs who are on the road.
This role offers strong exposure across lending, credit, and broker distribution, with the opportunity to progress into a Relationship Manager or Phone-based BDM role within 12–24 months, subject to performance and business requirements
What You'll Do:
* Respond to inbound enquiries from finance brokers via phone and email
* Support broker onboarding, accreditation, and system access
* Assist brokers with loan applications and general lending enquiries
* Act as a liaison between brokers, credit, and BDMs to progress deals efficiently
* Support BDMs with follow-ups, updates, pipeline activity, and administration
* Make proactive outbound calls to brokers to provide updates and ongoing support
* Maintain accurate records and notes across internal systems
* Deliver a consistently high level of broker service and professionalism
What You'll Bring:

* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with brokers and internal stakeholders
* Well organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Interest in developing a long-term career in lending, broker relationships, or banking
