Lathlain Primary School is seeking a permanent full-time Education Assistant - Lead to begin in Term 2, 2026. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and coach other Education Assistants while working closely with teachers to enhance positive student behaviour and educational outcomes. A strong knowledge of education program delivery, behaviour management, and experience with students having diverse needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder, is highly desirable.
