Job Specification
As Pharmacist Manager, you'll take the lead in driving the pharmacy's success - both clinically and operationally.
* Leading and supporting a talented pharmacy team.
* Delivering professional services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, and medication management.
* Overseeing daily operations including stock control, budgets, and KPIs.
* Fostering a positive, team-first culture where everyone thrives.
* Building meaningful connections with your patients and the wider community.
You'll be backed by a multi-pharmacist roster, experienced techs, and dedicated pharmacy assistants - giving you the support you need to focus on leadership and patient care.
Skills & Experience
* General AHPRA registration.
* 2-3+ years' community pharmacy experience in Australia.
* A strong grasp of 8CPA programs and QCPP compliance.
* Confident leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
* A team-focused mindset with a passion for community pharmacy.
Salary & Benefits
