About the role
Working in partnership with children and young people, carers and primary care providers to deliver an evidence-based response to young people aged 12-18 years with or at risk of serious mental illness. Working towards extending the service to encompass children and adolescents aged 0-18 years with or at risk of serious mental illness. Working therapeutically with children and young people and their families or carers with complex or high needs who may be difficult to engage, as well as organising referrals to appropriate services. Working within existing multidisciplinary teams to coordinate delivery of an evidence-based response to children and young people with or at risk of serious mental illness.

Eligibility and requirements
NSW Health requires evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy (PD2024_015). This recruitment may be used to fill future permanent, temporary and casual positions. Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents, or able to independently, legally live and work in Australia.
There may be a probationary period of six months from the date of appointment to this position.
