About the role
We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to successfully lead our Newcastle installers.
Supporting the Branch Manager you will be accountable for leading several crews plus subcontractors from a fixed location. You will oversee the daily operations of the branch including:
Leadership and mentorship of the crews
Operations – ensuring day-to-day business activities run effectively and liaison with internal departments including Operations, Sales, P&C;, Compliance to drive business performance, efficiencies and continuous improvement
Working closely with the operations teams to coordinate and plan daily/weekly installation & dismantle schedules for crews
Compliance; ensuring quality product installation and dismantles
Coordinating training and upskilling of the crews; internal and external training, including onsite
Buildsafe customer representative; onsite customer visits, measuring and estimating when needed
Driving Buildsafe Workplace Culture – fostering a positive culture where excellence and teamwork is paramount
About you
You will be a leader who has experience running multiple crews, and who leads from the front and by example, whilst possessing a high level of personal drive, ownership and professionalism.
Skills & Key Attributes
Strong leadership skills
Scaffold experience and management of crews (highly regarded)
Previous experience with onsite supervision
Sound level of computer skills
High level of organisation and time management skills
Problem solver and solution focused
Customer service – Experience dealing with Builders & supervisors
