This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative chef to work alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. The role will commence in late January / early February, offering the right candidate the chance to step into a key leadership position supporting our exceptional Executive Chef Nick McGonigal to grow the culinary team to take something great and make it even better, consistently delivering a ‘must visit’ experience on the Mornington Peninsula.

What You Will Bring To The Role.
Experience progressing through a hatted or Michelin Star restaurant will be highly regardedA passion for building a positive culture and ambition to lead and develop a team of young aspiring professionalsProven leadership skills in building capacity in teams, setting high standards and creating high performing teamsExperience in collaborating to develop world class menusAn understanding of modern Australian cuisine and current market trendsExperience in a similar role in a five star hotel environment highly regardedSound knowledge and ability in managing kitchen financial controls including costing menus, maintain food cost control practices, labour costs etc.Availability to participate both lunch and dinner on weekdays and weekends
