This position offers you the chance to grow your skills and make a real difference.Join us and be part of a company that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.Apply today and take the first step towards a rewarding career with us!**Key Responsibilities:*** Work in a supportive team with experienced coworkers, both at customer sites and in the office, who will teach you all the knowledge they have about our machines.* Prepare, execute and report preventative equipment maintenance visits.* Attend customers sites to conduct service visits.* Troubleshoot production issues at customers' sites.* Complete on-site evaluations, install machine enhancements, and appropriately test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and product specifications* Ensure that the JBT Marel experience for customers match the JBT Marel promise of superior performance, service, and quality with outstanding communication skills as you work closely with customer management, supervisors, etc.* Troubleshoot and perform break fix services to high technology food processing equipment.**What we are looking for:*** Mechanical trade background or equivalent experience is a must* Ability to tig weld professionally.* Experience in assembling industrial machinery and conveyors.* Attend customers sites to conduct service visits.* Prepare, execute and report preventative equipment maintenance visits.* Ability and willingness to work away for short periods.* Prior work experience with troubleshooting, installing, and/or repairing industrial machines with Food industry experience would be well regarded.* Strong knowledge of PLC's with ability to diagnose and repair complex control systems (preferably Allen Bradley) is preferred.* Ability to read schematic drawings is preferred.* Experience fault finding industrial machinery is preferred.* Experience with Honeywell printers is preferred.* Experience with catchweighing instruments is preferred.* Comfortable working in an animal food production environment.At JBT Marel, our actions have significance.
