Operating multi owned stores and supplying a growing network of customers, the company continues to invest in innovation, quality, and sustainability—balancing tradition with modernity as it scales across the region.About the RoleReporting to the CFO, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end procurement operations including sourcing, negotiating supplier agreements, managing ESG requirements, and ensuring supply continuity across production facilities and retail sites.
You'll manage aspend across diverse portfolio, including imported raw materials and consumables.
In addition to leading the procurement strategy, you'll also mentor a small team and champion best practice across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead supplier negotiations and manage all supplier contractsReview and enhance procurement policies and proceduresManage ESG and modern slavery reporting requirementsCoordinate all import activities including freight, cost calculations, and invoice managementMaintain optimal stock levels aligned to production forecastsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvementsSupport NPD sourcing requirements and item setup in ERPLead and mentor a team of two, fostering capability and cross-functional collaborationAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience in procurement, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCGProven success managing international supply chains and freight forwardersAdept at supplier negotiations, sourcing, and contract managementStrong knowledge of ERP systems ideally SAP, purchasing processes, and ExcelCommercially savvy with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsDegree qualified in Business, Procurement, or related disciplineWhy Apply?
