Job Title: Sous Chef
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen brigade and providing hands-on support to ensure seamless food operations.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in managing kitchen staff and planning food operations in consultation with other department managers to achieve business objectives.
* You will work closely with our kitchen team to introduce and implement new menus, ensuring they meet customer expectations and generate revenue.
* Additionally, you will oversee inventory control systems, purchasing and delivery of supplies, and contract negotiations to optimize costs and product quality.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in the Food and Beverage industry, preferably within a stadium environment.
* Ability to assist in writing menus and implementing menu packages.
* Effective management of functions and events kitchen brigades.
* Strong public catering skills.
* Multifaceted Food and Beverage operations expertise.
