As a result of several ongoing significant project wins across the region and based on our growth strategy, AECOM's Program Management (PgM) team are looking for a passionate and highly driven Project Manager/Contract Administrator who is looking to further develop their career in leading, winning and delivering program management and contract administration opportunities. This role will enable us to continue to support our current internal and external clients, whilst focusing on new pursuits to further grow and sustain our PgM and other local teams.
Working with a high performing North Queensland PgM team, you'll either lead our local interface to key clients and develop long term relationships or have a hands-on approach with major projects across the Region, working closely with AECOM delivery teams.
Please note we will consider candidates based in Townsville, Cairns, Rockhampton or Mackay. Relocation assistance to North QLD will be provided for the right candidate.

About You
* Demonstrated experience in successfully winning and delivering Projects with solid knowledge of Contract Administration / Program Management works to a high standard, within budget and on time.
* Passionate about developing yourself to be a future leader and initiator of our local strategy to grow the PgM group's capability.
* Love working with people and passion to mentor and lead teams plus interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Solid knowledge and understanding of Australian standards across Civil Infrastructure projects.
* Experience acting as superintendents' representative or Project Manager on projects.
Qualifications
* The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering with RPEQ/CPEng certification (desirable)
* Ideally, 10 + years of experience in industry experience from a contractor / client-side background, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
* Experience in business development, including securing and managing projects (desirable, not essential).
* Knowledge of Australian Government transport infrastructure standards with (ideally) a TMR prequalification (desirable) or knowledge of VIC Roads, Transport for NSW, Main Roads WA etc.
