We are on the lookout for a superstar Café and Venue Manager that will support and grow the team and business to deliver great service to the guests and residents at the **RSL Lifecare Narrabeen**. This fantastic opportunity is Monday to Friday (no evenings) and will see you implement and run operations daily by leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
RSL Lifecare Narrabeen is a premium retirement-living location where the residents, families and guests can all enjoy what this facility has to offer and actively participate in the future direction of the business. You will be the manager of The Dug-Out Café and RSL functions in this iconic location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the growth and development of our people through respectful, positive communication.
- Ensuring the team delivers the best experience to our guests.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue including financial control.
- Create and manage atmosphere and ambience.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained venue.
- Support the delivery of all standard operating systems.
- Be accountable for rostering, labour, and ordering.
- Collaborate and create new initiatives, promotions, and menu ideas to drive revenue growth.
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S; and OLGR polices
- Create and maintain genuine respectful relationships with the RSL Lifecare team.

- A hands-on leader with experience in a similar role.
- Able to lead, train and develop a strong team and culture.
- Able to deliver world class service every day.
- Outstanding at people management
- Fantastic at verbal communication
- Strong in food and bar knowledge
- Effective at high level presentation and have a keen eye for detail.
- RSA accredited.
