Job Description
* Lead and support the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), rather than payroll processing
* Design and configure complex payroll components, including: Wage types, Leave and accrual groups, Payroll rules, schemas, and structures
* Apply prior implementation experience to reduce delivery risk and improve design outcomes
* Act as a payroll SAP SME for the broader project team
* Partner closely with: Systems integrators and payroll specialists & internal payroll and process leads
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Business Analyst should have:
* Strong, practical payroll knowledge, specifically how payroll systems are configured
* Proven experience with SuccessFactors ECP
* Direct involvement in payroll solution build or configuration
* Confidence working in complex program or implementation environments
