Immediate start for an experienced Proposals / Bids Coordinator to join a leading construction business delivering on major infrastructure projects. In this long term project, you will work with a team to deliver a high level of administrative support and work closely key stakeholders to ensure proposals are delivered on time, and to the required standards. 
Key responsibilities: 
Organise meetings with key stakeholders as well as prepare agendas, minutes, and distribute outcomes 
Collate and prepare all proposal documentation to client and internal requirements 
Review and receipt requests for information 
Preparing and submitting RFIs, clarifications, and responses 
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from the technical, commercial and estimator teams 
Track and document proposal progress through the submission lifecycle 
What you need to bring to the role: 
Some experience in bids/proposals coordination or support within Bids/Tenders team 
Confidence to liasie with senior stakeholders both verbal and written 
Highly organised, detail-focused and deadline driven 
Immediately available to step into a fast-paced role
