**Your Role**
We are looking for experienced associate to join our Project Solutions team in Perth, working closely with Matthew Knox as part of a tight knit and collaborative team that is highly regarded in the market. You will enjoy a fascinating variety of work advising on energy and resources projects including renewables, market regulation, regulatory compliance, competition and consumer law and general corporate and commercial matters.
With a clear, structured path for progression opportunities, this role would be well suited to a mid-level lawyer with an interest in the energy sector who is ready to take the next step up in their career.

**Our Team**
Our Project Solutions team is a multidisciplinary team that sits within our broader Capital Markets & Corporate business line and is recognised as an industry leading practice offering integrated solutions across the finance, mining, oil and gas, power and renewables sectors. The Perth team is led by partners Matthew Knox, Shaun McRobert, Gemey Visscher, Adam Handley and Bryn Davis.
As leaders in the energy and resources space, the team are regularly engaged to act for government, domestic and global clients with respect to complex energy and resources projects, licensing, regulatory approvals and compliance, infrastructure, foreign investment, M&A, sustainable energy, market regulation and energy industry-specific transactions such as power purchase, supply, infrastructure access, distribution and trading agreements.
**More About You**
- At least 3 years' post admission experience gained in a reputable commercial law, professional services firm, regulator or energy market participant
- Experience within the energy and resources sector (particularly electricity and gas)
- Strong technical drafting and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and fellow advisers
- Resilience and a commitment to provide exceptional levels of service to our local and international client base
