The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties, managing rent arrears, arranging maintenance, issuing work orders and performing lease renewals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing 120 properties in the portfolio
* Arranging maintenance, issuing work orders
* Managing rent arrears
* Lease Renewals
* Insurance claims
* Owner/tenant liaison
* Leasing and application processing
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A current QLD Certificate of Registration
* At least 12 months of property management experience
* A current driver's license
* Punctuality and honesty
* A fresh approach to property management
* Preferred but not essential: Property ME experience
